What is the difference between Wattpad and Almost Kiss?
Wattpad is open publishing: millions of stories by anyone, mostly free, of every quality, many unfinished. Almost Kiss is a curated library: every story is complete, planned, edited and approved by a human author, and interactive, so you are the heroine and the love interest remembers your choices and your words.
Is Wattpad still free?
Most of Wattpad is still free to read with ads. Wattpad replaced its Paid Stories programme with Wattpad Originals in October 2023: Originals chapters cost coins, or you wait for them to unlock free, and Premium removes ads. Almost Kiss is free to start too: Chapter 1 of every story with no account, and chapters 2 to 3 of 2 stories a month with a free account, never with ads.
Why do Wattpad readers try Almost Kiss?
Wattpad readers usually come to Almost Kiss for two reasons: they are tired of falling for a story that stops at chapter 30, and they want to be inside the romance rather than reading about it. Every Almost Kiss story has an ending, and every one answers to you.
